Mitch and I can't agree on what color to paint in this room! We need some opinions!

a blue that matches your pillows or close. My sis-in-law painted her walls a pretty lighter blue and I love it!

If not a light blue, a deep beige or tan color, like the color of the tile around your fireplace. That color is in your rug a little too. It's warm and neutral but could make that couch really "pop". Idk, your living room is pretty darn attractive right now anyways. Nice!

hi, my name is Kim and I'm one of Andrea's friends... sometimes I notice friends bloglists and since yours mentioned a vote of sorts, I thought, well I'll take a look! Anyway, I would do a deep chocolate brown that would be kept sharp with your white trim, this option may involve lighter silky cream colored drapes though. Either that or a dark navy blue. (Ralph Lauren has an awesome one @ Home Depot) Both would look great against your light sofa and white trim. Hope you don't mind my input! :)

Wow, your livingroom came a long way in just a few weeks. Looks great!

I can see why the color is tough. I think the chocolate would be too dark with the dark rug---and I LOVE the rug. Maybe if you changed out the curtains like Kim recommended.

I think I would go with the blue-- but a more muted version than in the pillows. More calming than bright and brassy.

Maybe this family of color: http://www.restorationhardware.com/rh/catalog/product/product.jsp?productId=prod1048013&navAction=jump

Good work April!
